Job summary

Berrien Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain clean, comfortable living areas for residents. You will perform room cleaning, restock supplies, and help ensure a safe, sanitary environment in a team setting.

The role requires the ability to lift and move cleaning equipment, follow safety protocols, and adapt to weekend/holiday shifts. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; part-time and full-time schedules available.

Qualifications

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas following established protocols.
• Restock linens, toiletries, and other supplies as needed.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping, as assigned.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Adhere to established safety protocols and infection control procedures.
