Job summary

Fellowship Square is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our senior residents. The role requires reliability, strong English communication, and the ability to work as part of a team in a busy facility.

Schedule: Tue-Sat, 7am-12pm (Part-Time). Pay: $15.15 per hour. Benefits include meals, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, retirement plan, life insurance, and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience, preferably in a senior living facility, healthcare setting, or similar environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to interact compassionately with residents.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety protocols.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull items of at least 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting common areas, resident rooms, and bathrooms.
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas, hallways, offices, and other facility spaces.
• Manage cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety and health protocols to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
• Provide exceptional service to residents and staff while maintaining respect for their privacy and comfort.
• Assist with laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and personal items.
• Report any concerns or issues related to the facility’s cleanliness and resident needs to the appropriate team members.
