Job summary

CareCore at Mentor is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to join our team, with responsibilities including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas. The role also involves cross-training in the Laundry Department and working every other weekend and holiday.

We value reliability, attention to detail, and a positive team attitude as you help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for residents and staff at our Mentor facility.

Qualifications

• Ability to work every other weekend required and every other Holiday.
• Previous housekeeping or laundry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and infection control throughout the facility.
• Assist with laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens.
• Properly handle cleaning supplies and laundry equipment.
• Follow facility safety procedures and infection prevention guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure resident comfort and satisfaction.
