About The Housekeeper Position At Alta Center Point

We’re looking for a talented housekeeper responsible for the meticulous upkeep of the property models, vacant units, and all common interior and exterior areas. The role includes maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment and proactively communicating opportunities for site improvements and repairs.

• Clean available units and/or model homes and common areas (e.g., pool area, gym, property office) as directed, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, wiping down trim and molding, cleaning glass windows and doors, sweeping exterior patios, trash pickup and removal, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Follow safety standards and manufacturer’s instructions when using chemicals or operating equipment.
• Properly store equipment and supplies after each shift.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions.
• Perform other duties as directed by the property manager.

Education And Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three to six months of housekeeping experience preferred.

• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality.
