Heritage Care & Rehabilitation Center in Mason City, IA, is seeking Housekeepers to join a friendly team on 1st shift (6:00 am–2:30 pm) with every-other weekend. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

You will maintain cleanliness and infection control standards, clean and sanitize all areas of the facility, and operate housekeeping tools and equipment. Prior SNF housekeeping experience is preferred; eleventh grade education required.

Qualifications

• Minimum eleventh grade education.
• Prior housekeeping experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Willing to invest in the right candidate and provide training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards.
• Clean and sanitize all areas of the facility.

As a Housekeeper you are instrumental in maintaining the cleanliness and infection control standards of our resident’s environment. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Heritage Care & Rehabilitation Center by cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the facility and operating housekeeping related tools, chemicals and equipment. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure a clean and safe environment.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an eleventh (11th) grade education. Prior Housekeeping experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
