Job summary

Weinstein Properties is looking for a dedicated Housekeeper for our beautiful apartment community in Fort Worth, TX. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in common areas, offices, and amenities. This physically demanding role requires reliability, independence, and attention to detail.

We have a fantastic Housekeeper opportunity available! Join us at our beautiful apartment community in Fort Worth, TX!

Locations: Bexley Clearfork

Housekeeper Pay: Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $16.50/hour) + Quarterly Bonuses

Bonus*: Currently Housekeepers are eligible for a $1000 stay on bonus after 90 days and in good standing. (*For the stay on bonus - the recruiter can discuss the details. Stay with us and be awesome and you get this great bonus!)

Things Candidates Should Know Before Starting

• You will get dirty: Tasks include cleaning common areas, offices, clubhouse, amenities, clean and stock coffee station, cleaning vacant and model units and completing freshens in the model and vacant ready homes, and other potentially unpleasant (but necessary) duties.
• Repetition is part of the job: Many tasks (like cleaning the clubhouse) are daily, recurring responsibilities.
• This is a busy and physically demanding role: This position requires prolonged periods of standing and walking while performing tasks. The person in this position must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
