Job summary

Weinstein Properties is hiring a Housekeeper in Cumming, GA. The role requires cleaning and preparing model and vacant units, stocking common areas, and maintaining the property grounds to ensure a welcoming environment.

The position operates Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, with starting pay at $17/hour plus quarterly bonuses. A stay-on bonus of $1000 after 90 days in good standing is offered, and training is provided to build skills from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Professional cleaning/janitorial experience is a plus but not required; reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.
• This is a physically demanding role requiring standing and walking for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and stock common areas, offices, clubhouse, amenities, and coffee station; clean and prepare model and vacant units, and perform freshening duties in model and vacant-ready homes.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment across property grounds and ensure daily housekeeping tasks are completed.
• Assist maintenance and leasing teams as needed and support overall property appearance.

We have a fantastic Housekeeper opportunity available!

Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, owns and manages over 60 apartment communities in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. Locations: Bexley Westshore – Cumming, GA

Pay: Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $17/hour) + Quarterly Bonuses

Bonus: Currently eligible for a $1000 stay-on bonus after 90 days and in good standing. (Details discussed with recruiter.)
