Responsibilities include keeping resident rooms and common areas spotless, following cleaning protocols, and collaborating with nursing and other departments to ensure a safe, welcoming setting for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Maintain clean and orderly resident rooms and common areas.
• Follow established cleaning and infection-control procedures.
• Work cooperatively with nursing and other departments.
• Prior housekeeping experience in a senior living, long-term care, or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a dependable, consistent work ethic.
• Willingness to go the extra mile when needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
