Description

Our Housekeeping team makes our hotels feel like home. As a Room Attendant, your contribution helps ensure guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

What will I be doing?

As a Room Attendant, you would be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests to deliver outstanding service and maintain profitability. Specifically, your tasks include:

• Cleaning guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
• Changing and replenishing bed linens, towels, and amenities
• Performing deep cleaning tasks as needed
• Stocking, maintaining, and transporting housekeeping supplies
• Disposing of trash and recyclables
• Responding promptly and courteously to guest requests
• Performing guest turn-down service as needed
