Hospitality Management Corporation in Dallas-based operations seeks a diligent Housekeeper for the La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham in McKinney, TX. You will clean guest rooms daily to hotel standards and support a smooth housekeeping operation.

Ideal candidates have prior housekeeping experience, strong time management, and reliable teamwork. Excellent guest service and the ability to work under pressure are essential; opportunities for advancement exist within the growing company.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms daily to hotel standards.
• Restock carts and maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Report room status, damages or missing items.
• Secure pass keys and log inventory as required.
• Handle lost and found items and document properly.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow safe handling procedures for cleaning agents.
• Provide courteous service to guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper.

We are currently searching for Housekeepers for the La Quinta Inn & Suites & Hawthorn ES by Wyndham in McKinney, TX.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms daily according to hotel standards.
• Restock room carts with supplies and maintain cleanliness of equipment.
• Report room status, damages, or missing items to the Housekeeping Department.
• Safely handle and secure assigned pass keys during each shift.
• Turn in lost and found items and ensure proper documentation.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning agents and supplies.
• Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper.

Requirements

• Be able to manage time effectively, complete required tasks on time
• Must have prior housekeeping experience.
• Must have ability to communicate effectively
• Must be reliable and dependable.
• Need to be a team player – if you like to work on an island by yourself, this won’t be a good fit for you!
• Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
• Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Stable work history required
