Join us! We are looking for Housekeepers to join our team at Columbus Hospitality Management.

Located in a 15-acre park-like setting just North of Columbus, Ohio, our property offers comprehensive services and amenities for an all-inclusive experience. Our hotel features 193 stylish guest rooms and suites, and 45,000 square feet of customizable meeting spaces equipped with state-of-the-art technology for meetings and events.

Our attractive compensation package includes a $16 hourly wage (or higher depending on experience), 401k with match, dining and travel discounts, special offers from our partners, and discount programs for certain cell phone providers. Full-time employees are eligible for Vacation, PTO, Life insurance, and Medical/Dental plans.

Essential Functions

• Respond to guest and departmental needs and requests.
• Prepare rooms for cleaning by making beds, dusting, replenishing supplies, cleaning bathrooms and closets, vacuuming, etc.
• Check and secure rooms after cleaning.
• Deliver and retrieve items loaned to guests, such as irons and ironing boards.
• Ensure the security and privacy of guest rooms.
• Perform rotation cleaning duties, including steam cleaning carpets and deep cleaning as required.
• Aim to achieve and surpass guest satisfaction scores.
• Communicate with the front desk upon task completion.
