Job summary

PRAXM is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper in Lenexa, KS, to maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community. You will deliver outstanding service to residents and staff while performing thorough cleaning across all areas, including floors, restrooms, and common spaces.

The role involves teamwork, safety awareness, and the ability to handle cleaning equipment and supplies. Some lifting and physical tasks may be required as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform cleaning tasks across indoor and outdoor areas.
• Familiarity with safety guidelines and PPE.
• Experience with commercial or multifamily properties preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning all floors, windows, walls, stairs, and elevators.
• Responsible for vacuuming all floors.
• Clean, disinfect, and restock all restrooms.
• Ensure apartments are clean prior to new resident move-ins.
• Responsible for emptying trash in the common areas of the property and communicating with the maintenance team on any trash-related issues.
• Coordinate with the maintenance and office staff to complete any necessary cleaning requests

We are seeking a qualified Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper will be responsible for the cleanliness and internal appearance of the community. Below is a listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Work Environment

• Ability to work inside or outside and in varying weather conditions
• Physical demands include walking, climbing stairs, standing for long periods, bending, squatting & occasionally lifting up to 50lbs
• Skill Requirements
• Knowledge of safety guidelines
• Knowledgeable in the operation of a vacuum cleaner, walk-behind scrubber, wet/dry vacuum, ladder, and a back-pack vacuum.
• Use of chemicals for cleaning and personal protective equipment.

Compensation

• $16-18/hour + renewal commission potential!
