Responsibilities:

• Provide a clean environment for residents by cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining common and resident areas according to schedule, including carpets, furniture, floors, sinks, tubs, toilets, windows, and doors.
• Handle spills and soiled areas promptly and perform deep cleans as scheduled, moving and straightening furniture as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of unoccupied rooms and ensure proper disposal of trash and laundry.
• Promote positive relationships with residents, staff, and visitors.
• Perform other duties within scope and requirements of the job.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn company-specific software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Professional demeanor, organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and confidentiality are essential.

Physical Demands:

• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, squatting, bending, and twisting.
• Occasional sitting, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance.
