Morningside Elite Management is hiring a full-time Housekeeper at our Towamencin location in Lansdale, PA. The role focuses on keeping resident apartments and common areas clean and well-maintained.

The position reports to the Director of Plant Operations and offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401K, and paid time off. A high school diploma or GED is required, with prior housekeeping experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs general cleaning assignments in apartments, hallways and common areas.
• Prepares apartments for move-in as assigned.
• Housekeeper participates in annual cleaning schedules.
• Utilizes cleaning chemicals properly and safely in accordance with department guidelines.
• Informs supervisor of any pertinent resident issues or concerns.
• Keeps housekeeping carts and vacuums clean and in good working order.
• Participates in energy awareness program.
• Attends all required training, in-service, and staff meetings.
• Maintains a safe working environment by preventing accidents and preserving equipment.
• Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures of Morningside Elite Management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Housekeeper - Requirements

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
