Job summary

Cardinal Senior Living LLC in Millersville, PA is seeking a part-time Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe living areas for residents. The role runs 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and offers starting pay of $15.00 per hour.

The Housekeeper will follow a daily cleaning schedule, handle laundry, sanitize spaces, replenish supplies, and report resident status changes to the care team as needed. Prior senior living housekeeping experience is preferred and weekly pay is provided.

Responsibilities

• Be ethical, respectful, responsive, reliable, authentic, innovative and empathetic
• Follow cleaning schedule established by the Director of Housekeeping for that day
• Clean assigned areas, furnishings, fixtures, movable and stationary furniture
• Empty trash bins and clean bathroom showers, sinks, toilets
• Vacuuming carpets in rooms, common areas, and hallways
• Disinfect floors, walls, bathrooms; Wash windows and furniture
• Replenish bathroom supplies and toiletries for residents
• Dusting and sanitizing surfaces such as baseboards, stairways, elevators, entrances and exits
• Reporting supply and equipment needs to the Housekeeping Director
• Stripping beds and reapplying residents sheets to bed
• Laundry for the bed sheets and residents clothes
• Observations of residents and report of changes in level of care or behavior to the CMT on that floor
