Job summary

Triad Service Solutions in Lakewood, CO is seeking a detail-oriented janitorial worker to clean offices and common areas. You will polish lighting fixtures and surfaces, sweep and scrub floors, dust furniture, wash walls and windows, and replenish bathroom supplies, while safely handling waste.

Responsibilities

• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Clean offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairs, and locker rooms.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors.
• Spot clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
• Dust furniture and equipment.
• Polish metalwork.
• Wash walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
• Wash windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empty wastebaskets and ashtrays; transport trash to disposal area.
• Replenish bathroom supplies; replace light bulbs.
• Deliver messages; transport small equipment or tools.
• Set up tables and chairs in meeting rooms, auditorium or hall.
• Role may require iOS or Android capability on personal cell phone to use QA and timekeeping apps.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim

Cleans offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas

Sweeps, mops, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floor

Spot cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture
