Canvas Valley Forge is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming community for residents and visitors. You will ensure common areas and vacant apartments are spotless, assist with make-ready tasks, and uphold safety protocols throughout the shift.

Collaborating with team members across the community, you will help create a pristine, home-like environment and support a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• Clear attention to detail and a positive attitude.

• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial work is a plus, but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas and vacant apartments.
• Ensure vacant apartments are clean and ready for showings.
• Assist with make-ready preparations and other housekeeping tasks as directed.
• Monitor for safety hazards and report issues promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify when replenishment is needed.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures.
• Contribute to a clean, welcoming environment for residents.

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper who is committed to maintaining a beautiful, safe, and inviting community. Your attention to detail and dedication will play an important role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents and creating a positive experience for everyone who visits our community.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all community common areas, including the leasing office, restrooms, model apartments, amenities, and vacant apartment homes.
• Ensure vacant apartments are clean, fresh, and always ready to welcome prospective residents.
• Assist with apartment make-ready preparations and other housekeeping tasks as directed by the Property Manager.
• Monitor the community for maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or conditions that could impact residents, visitors, or team members, and report them promptly.
• Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures.
• Help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment that residents are proud to call home.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
