Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including hospitality settings, hotels, and industrial facilities. This role is essential in ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike.

Must have a valid Driver's License to apply - REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
• Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or items.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure high standards of service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of custodial practices and floor care techniques.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Good physical stamina; ability to lift heavy items and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
