Job summary

The Claiborne is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff. This role contributes to comfort, dignity, and overall well-being in a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred (healthcare or senior living a plus).
• Knowledge of cleaning, sanitation, and infection control practices.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Positive attitude and customer service mindset.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, and offices.
• Perform daily tasks including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in organized, safe condition.
• Report maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Assist with laundry services as needed.
• Provide friendly, respectful service to residents and guests.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
