Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for residents, families, and staff. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, sanitize rooms and common areas, and ensure supplies and equipment are well-organized and safe.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a positive customer service mindset. Prior healthcare or senior living experience is a plus, and eligibility for a background check and drug screening is expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning, sanitation, and infection control practices.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, and offices.
• Perform daily tasks including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in organized, safe condition.
• Report maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Assist with laundry services as needed.
• Provide friendly, respectful service to residents and guests.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
