Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community – Heritage Woods of Greenbriar, Indianapolis, IN – is seeking a Full Time caregiver to maintain clean resident apartments and common areas, creating a welcoming environment. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and a compassionate, dignified approach to every resident interaction.

Salary is $14.00 to $16.00 per hour. You will engage residents with empathy, participate in ongoing education seminars and staff meetings, and contribute to a supportive team

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required/preferred.
• Prior Assisted/Supportive Living experience preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
