Job summary

Jiten Hotel Management Inc. is seeking a diligent hotel housekeeping associate at the Courtyard by Marriott Barnstable in Barnstable, MA.

You will clean guest rooms, restock supplies, and support the daily operations of the housekeeping team to ensure a welcoming experience for guests. Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms including beds, bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming.
• Change and replenish linens, towels, and amenities as needed.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as required.
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping cart daily.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Provide turn-down service when needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
• Dispose of trash and recyclables
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Perform guest turn down service, as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred
• Requires walking and standing to a significant degree
• Able to work a flexible schedule that will include weekends, and holidays
• Excellent customer service focus
