Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is hiring a full-time Housekeeper in Houston, TX. The role focuses on preparing units and maintaining common areas to uphold property standards and residents’ wellbeing.

You will inspect and refresh model rooms and leasing routes, manage supplies, and ensure timely completion of tasks while adhering to housing laws and company standards.

Qualifications

• Related experience, and/or training.
• Working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Supervisor and coworkers.
• Ability to work cooperatively and in a teamwork environment.
• Must possess attention to detail, manage time effectively and adapt to change in a composed manner.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Weekends as determined by Property Manager and incorporated in to work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean common areas, clubhouse, offices, restrooms and guest suites.
• Prepare make-ready units, cleaning doors, windows, racks, counters, appliances, sinks and fixtures within 3–5 business days.
• Maintain and request supplies to perform duties.
• Perform daily morning inspections and touch-ups along leasing tour route.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing requirements and laws.
