Galleria Woods Senior Living in Hoover, Alabama is seeking a part-time Housekeeper to maintain clean, welcoming environments for residents. The role runs 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

on weekends on a rotating schedule, with a pay rate of $15 per hour and on-site duties within the senior living community. Responsibilities include vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens in resident apartments, dusting surfaces, and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Good attendance record.
• Preferred prior housekeeping experience in a healthcare or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and kitchens in resident apartments.
• Dusting all cleared flat surfaces.
• General housekeeping duties in hallways and common areas.
• Following the priority order set by your supervisor.
• Properly maintaining equipment and supplies.
• Adhering to attendance policies and maintaining punctuality.
• Always respecting resident confidentiality.
