Job summary

Daly Seven is seeking a Room Attendant / Housekeeper to uphold our guest experience. You clean rooms and common areas to high standards, greet guests with courtesy, and create a welcoming sanctuary for travelers.

You’ll perform daily checks of furniture and equipment, report issues, log room status, restock supplies, and maintain orderly storage. The role requires punctuality, attention to detail, and physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and navigate stairs.

Qualifications

• Clean all assigned guest rooms and common areas to high standards.
• Speak to guests with courtesy and a friendly smile.
• Perform daily checks of furniture, fixtures, and equipment to ensure everything is in perfect working order.
• Report deficiencies to the manager.
• Time management and attention to detail.
• Lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, and regularly go up and down stairs.

Responsibilities

• Mark each cleaned room on your housekeeping sheet and notify the front desk when the room is ready.
• Complete missing linen reports for every room and promptly turn in all lost and found items.
• Maintain neat, locked storage closets and ensure your housekeeping cart is restocked, trash is emptied, and vacuums are cleared at the end of every shift.
• Arrive on time, in the appropriate uniform with your name tag, and obtain your work schedule promptly.
• Ensure Safety & Security - report hazards and keep room keys secure.
