New Perspective Aberdeen Crossings in Highland Heights, OH is seeking a Part-time Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and inviting home for residents.

You will sweep, mop, sanitize floors, clean restrooms, windows and walls, and help keep common areas orderly while supporting a caring, collaborative team.

This role features rotating weekends and holidays with flexible scheduling, referral bonuses, education assistance, and a commitment to equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency is required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
• Ability to make decisions in residents' best interest.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and polish floors; sanitize areas, vacuum carpets; clean restrooms; wash windows and walls; move and arrange furniture and equipment; pick up outside garbage.
• Works with other team members to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for residents and staff.
• Stock common areas, replace light bulbs, tidy throughout the day, and eliminate trip hazards.
• Adhere to safety program when handling chemicals and equipment.
• Champions hospitality and delivers excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors and vendors.
• Ensure an attractive home environment that fosters engagement and purposeful living.
