Job summary

New Perspective Aberdeen Crossings in Highland Heights, OH is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide daily personal and medical care, engage residents, and support enrichment programs. This opportunity offers training and potential tuition assistance for career growth.

Part-Time daytime shifts 6am-2:30pm with rotating weekends/holidays. Join us to deliver outstanding service while promoting residents living life on purpose.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Med Passer/Lead experience preferred.
• CNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and interact in a professional, respectful, and hospitable manner.
• Assist with daily personal and medical care routines per care plans.
• Provide physical/brain fitness and social/spiritual enrichment activities.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff.
• Record proper medical and health documentation.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment and living areas.
• Promote teamwork, laughter, and happiness daily.

• High school diploma or equivalency required
