Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain villa cleanliness across kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms and bedrooms, ensuring a welcoming guest experience. You will restock linens and amenities, assist with daily tasks, and report room status to supervisors, while adhering to safety policies.

Perform duties across varying shifts, supporting a friendly, guest-focused environment and contributing to memorable vacation experiences with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or housekeeping preferred.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Clean villas (kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, bedrooms) according to standards.
• Complete assigned rooms and tasks within the shift.
• Replace guest amenities and restock supplies as needed.
• Report room status to supervisor or front desk.
• Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts and equipment.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.

Typical day responsibilities

• Clean s the entirety of villas (Kitchens, Bathrooms, Dining Rooms, Bedrooms) according to standard s .
• Complete s assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift.
• Replace s all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards.
• Report s room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor , or Front Desk.
• Fill s the Housekeeping cart /caddy with all necessary supplies /chemicals , transport the cart /caddy to the room s, and return the cart to the designated area at the end of the shift.
• Follow s all company policies and procedures; report s any maintenance problems, safety hazards , and/or accidents.

Guest Experience and Company Standards

• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Housekeeper at MVW:

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time .
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance .
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
