Job summary

Hospitality Team Members, Inc. is seeking dedicated team members for cleaning and maintenance roles in our villas located in Escondido, California. The ideal candidate should be available for various shifts and be able to handle physical tasks effectively.

Responsibilities include cleaning all areas to standard, replacing guest amenities, and reporting status promptly. Benefits include competitive pay and various perks to support staff engagement and appreciation.

Qualifications

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Must reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull items that weigh up to 25 lbs without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Clean the entirety of villas – kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, bedrooms according to standards.
• Complete assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift.
• Replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards.
• Report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk.
• Fill the Housekeeping cart/caddy with all necessary supplies/chemicals, transport to rooms, and return to designated area at shift end.
• Follow all company policies and procedures; report maintenance problems, safety hazards, and/or accidents.
• Welcome and greet guests, anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests.
• Contribute to team goals and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Must reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period.
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull items that weigh up to 25 lbs without assistance.
• Position may require background and drug screening according to company policy and applicable legal requirements.
