Job summary

Fusion Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain cleanliness throughout patient rooms and common areas. You will ensure a safe, spotless environment and assist with laundry duties as needed.

Must be able to work every other weekend and lift up to 50 pounds. A flexible schedule and strong reliability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be reliable and keep to a schedule.
• May need to work a varied schedule as requested.
• Healthcare or Commercial Laundry: 1 year (Preferred).
• Healthcare or Commercial Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Must be experienced at cleaning with a keen eye for details.
• Perform housekeeping chores in Resident rooms.
• Responsible for cleaning common areas of the facility.
• Maintains a high level of cleanliness & safety throughout designated areas.
• Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times.
• Removal of trash & soiled linens. Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds.
• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Solid work ethic, with initiative for quality and customer service.
• Ability to learn how to operate commercial laundry equipment.
