Job summary

Hilton Nashville Green Hills is seeking a detail-oriented hotel attendant to clean and refresh guest rooms and bathrooms to the highest Hilton standards. You will make beds, stock toiletries, and keep the linen cart ready for the next shift.

With a friendly, service-oriented approach, you’ll help create a welcoming, home-away-from-home feel for guests while moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25-30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Basic English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum guest rooms and bathrooms to Hilton standards.
• Make beds with fresh linens and ensure amenities are stocked.
• Organize linen closet and restock cart before shift end.
• Provide warm, courteous hospitality to guests throughout shifts.

What You'll Do

• Work your magic-cleaning, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming guest rooms and bathrooms to true Hilton standards.
• Create those irresistible "fresh hotel bed" moments with crisp linens and perfectly made beds.
• Keep the little luxuries stocked-soap, shampoo, and all the comforts that make guests feel pampered.
• Set tomorrow up for success by organizing your linen closet and restocking your cart before you clock out.
• Share Nashville's famous hospitality with every guest you pass, one friendly smile at a time.

What You Bring

A can-do attitude and the stamina to match. This role keeps you moving-bending, lifting, pushing, and carrying up to 25-30 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds on occasion. You'll be on your feet for your shift, ready to tackle repetitive tasks with energy and focus. Basic English communication skills round out the mix.
