Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for The Blake at Carnes Crossroads in Goose Creek, South Carolina. The role focuses on keeping the facility clean, safe and sanitary, and delivering comfortable, resort-style living for residents.

You will clean resident rooms, offices and common areas, use approved chemicals, operate cleaning equipment, and help maintain supplies. A caring attitude and flexibility, including weekends and holidays, are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Desire to work with seniors.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the facility in a clean, safe and sanitary manner.
• Clean resident rooms, offices, waiting areas, rest rooms, corridors, elevators and stairways.
• Use appropriate chemicals and supplies per procedure and state requirements.
• Use and maintain equipment, transport trash and hazardous waste, replenish supplies.

We are currently looking for a Housekeeper for The Blake at Carnes Crossroads

Primary Responsibilities of the Housekeeper:

• Responsible for to assuring that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner.
• Performs routine cleaning of resident rooms, offices, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators and stairways.
• Utilizes the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure and state requirements
• Uses and maintains equipment properly, transports trash and hazardous waste to appropriate disposal area and replenishes supplies as required.
