Job summary

Paradise Valley Estates is hiring a Housekeeper in a premier senior living community. Work days are Thursday through Monday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a focus on maintaining a clean and sanitary living space for residents.

You will perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, and related tasks, ensuring safe operation of equipment. Join a team that values authenticity, collaboration, and service, and offers competitive pay and benefits.

• Monitor and report safety hazards and changes in resident conditions.
• Provide a positive person-centered customer service approach to each individual serviced.

Working under the supervision of the Housekeeping Leadership Team, the Housekeeper’s mission is to provide a clean and healthy living and work environment.

Job responsibilities include:

• Maintain a clean, sanitary, comfortable, and tidy environment
• Perform duties such as sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces.
• Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition.
• Monitor and report safety hazards, inoperable equipment, and changes of resident conditions.
• Maintain a positive person-centered customer service approach to each individual serviced.
• Other duties as assigned.
