This role is essential to ensuring resident comfort, infection prevention, and overall facility cleanliness.## Key Responsibilities* Clean and maintain resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas* Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize assigned areas* Clean lobbies, restrooms, drinking fountains, and other public spaces* Empty trash receptacles and replace liners* Clean walls, mirrors, windows, light fixtures, dispensers, and other surfaces* Dust and sanitize handrails and high-touch areas* Operate housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies safely and effectively* Follow all safety procedures, infection control guidelines, and chemical handling protocols* Maintain housekeeping carts, storage areas, and supplies in a clean and organized manner* Report safety concerns, maintenance issues, and supply needs promptly* Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors* Work independently and as part of a team to meet facility cleanliness standards## Qualifications* High school diploma or equivalent preferred* Previous housekeeping experience preferred; healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus* Ability to follow instructions, policies, and safety procedures* Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness* Good communication and interpersonal skills* Dependable, organized, and team-orientedWe are an equal opportunity employer.
