Minimum qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
• Effective communication in English with employees and residents
• Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
• Ability to retain up to four orders at a time
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

Maintain the Community interior, including residents’ apartments, in a clean and sanitary manner, in a courteous and friendly way.

• Provide general housekeeping for the Community and individual resident apartments, including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning common areas, and resident apartments.
• Clean and defrost refrigerators, check heat system filters, change linens, and ensure linen supplies are adequate.
• Perform deep cleaning as needed, focusing on carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures.
• Launder linens in provided facilities.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures.

Additional duties may include serving residents, assisting with meal service, and other tasks as assigned.
