Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean all common areas daily, including clubhouse, models, and tour paths.
• Perform thorough cleaning of all available apartment units.
• Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and report needs to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, based on capability.
• Assist office staff with exterior property leasing programs.
• Support residents with special needs.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay range: $18-20/hour.
