The Carillon at Belleview Station is seeking a reliable part-time Housekeeper to join our Denver-based community. You will clean resident apartments and common spaces, ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and disinfecting.
• Clean carpets including vacuuming, shampooing, and deodorizing.
• Removes dirt, dust, and grease from surfaces using proper cleaning and disinfecting solution.
• Visits assigned residences to perform basic apartment cleaning.
• Interacts with residents in a friendly manner, providing meaningful attention.

Description

Carillon at Belleview Station, one of Denver’s premier senior living communities, is seeking a reliable and attentive Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents by cleaning resident apartments and community spaces with care and consistency. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys contributing to a welcoming atmosphere, and understands the important role a well-kept environment plays in enhancing the daily lives of our residents. This is a part time position, must be available Mondays.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Clean floors including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and disinfecting

Due to the nature of the work performed by Ascent Living Communities, and that this position works with a vulnerable population, we do require a criminal background check be completed

Pay:

$19.29 to $20.00 an hour, based on experience
