Job summary

Wheatridge Care Center in Denver, CO seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for residents. Daily duties include cleaning furnishings, fixtures, windows, bathrooms, and general areas in accordance with facility standards.

The role requires ability to pass background checks, COVID vaccine status or exemption, and availability on holidays with double pay up to 8 hours. Prior healthcare facility experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• One-year experience in a healthcare facility (preferred).
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check.
• COVID Vaccine Required or Valid Exemption.
• Able to work on holidays (we pay double up to 8 hours of work)

Responsibilities

• Clean/polish furnishings, fixtures, ledges, room heating/cooling units, etc., in resident apartments and recreational areas daily as instructed.
• Clean, wash, sanitize, and/or polish bathroom fixtures.
• Clean windows/mirrors in resident rooms, recreational areas, bathrooms, and entrance/exit ways
• Maintain appearance of housekeeping areas in a safe, clean, and comfortable manner
• Perform assigned day-to-day housekeeping functions.
• Perform specific tasks in accordance with daily work assignments and established housekeeping procedures.
