Job summary

Hilltop Reserve, part of Ascent Living Communities in Denver, seeks a reliable Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe living spaces for residents. You will clean apartments and common areas with care, contributing to a welcoming environment that supports daily life.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning and housekeeping preferred.
• Personable and friendly with residents.
• Conscientious and detail oriented.
• Criminal background check required due to working with a vulnerable population.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and disinfecting
• Clean carpets including vacuuming, shampooing, and deodorizing
• Removes dirt, dust, and grease from surfaces using proper cleaning and disinfecting solution
• Visits assigned residences to perform basic apartment cleaning
• Interacts with residents in a friendly manner, providing meaningful attention

Hilltop Reserve, one of Denver’s premier senior living communities, is seeking a reliable and attentive Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents by cleaning resident apartments and community spaces with care and consistency. Duties and Responsibilities:

Clean floors including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and disinfecting

Due to the nature of the work performed by Ascent Living Communities, and that this position works with a vulnerable population, we do require a criminal background check be completed

Pay:

$19.50 - $20.50 an hour, based on experience
