Primary Duties

• Perform routine guest room cleaning, meeting labor standards, and maintaining public areas.
• Assist guests with amenities and services to enhance their stay and increase revenue.
• Support laundry duties and communicate maintenance needs.
• Follow emergency procedures to ensure safety and security.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, preferably in hospitality.
• Good oral communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities.

Physical Requirements

• Climbing stairs and ladders, kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
