Job summary

Indiana Hospitality Group seeks a hotel housekeeping attendant dedicated to creating a safe, clean environment for guests. You will greet guests warmly, respond to requests promptly, and maintain spotless rooms and storage areas while following IHG standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean, dust, vacuum and mop room and bathroom according to standards.
• Clean rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
• Stock housekeeping cart with cleaning supplies and amenities.
• Replenish guest amenities in rooms as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized housekeeping storage.
• Communicate maintenance concerns to the maintenance department.
• Transport waste and trash to proper disposal areas.
• Turn in Lost and Found items to the front desk.
• Maintain guest confidentiality.
• Greet guests and respond to requests or concerns professionally.
• All other duties as assigned.
