Job summary

Willow Falls Senior Living, a member of the Vista Senior Living Management network, is seeking a part-time Housekeeper to keep resident rooms and common areas clean, sanitary and welcoming. This role emphasizes infection control, respectful resident interaction, and adherence to facility policies.

Schedule is 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with possible weekend/holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• Preferably, at least 1 year of housekeeping experience in a healthcare, senior living, assisted living, or similar environment.
• Ability to read and write at a level appropriate for the job.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members and facility staff.
• Knowledge of infection control techniques.
• Ability to be patient and polite

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes resident rooms, hallways, dining areas, bathrooms and other areas of the facility.
• Safely mixes and uses cleaning solutions and stores in a secure area.
• Labels and removes infectious waste bags and containers.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
• Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct and applicable policies.

Position: Housekeeper (Part-Time)

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday (may work on some weekends and holidays)
• 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (25 hours per week)

Essential Functions:

• Cleans and sanitizes resident rooms, hallways, dining areas, bathrooms and other areas of the facility.
• Safely mixes and uses cleaning solutions and stores in a secure area.
• Labels and removes infectious waste bags and containers.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
• Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.
