Job summary

Chapters Living is seeking a dedicated cleaner to maintain resident rooms and common areas with attention to detail. You will perform routine tasks, manage supplies, and ensure equipment is safe and functioning properly.

The role requires a high school diploma (preferred) and prior cleaning experience. Candidates should be able to work independently and uphold residents’ privacy and safety standards.

• Preferred: prior housekeeping or cleaning experience.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, and other facility spaces as assigned.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning windows.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies are low.
• Ensure that all cleaning equipment and tools are in good working condition.
• Follow safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect residents' privacy.
• Communicate with the supervisor about any concerns or issues regarding cleanliness.
