What you will do

In this role, you’ll play a major role in creating memorable moments for business travelers and families on vacation. After a busy day at work or play, our guests will be able to rest easily knowing that we will take care of the rest. We offer cleaner rooms than our competition and the extras don’t cost extra. This makes our hotels stand out and keeps our guests coming back. As an essential team member at Drury Hotels, you will work on a team with other friendly customer focused team members completing daily duties such as vacuuming, changing linens and making our bathrooms shine.

Responsibilities (Español)

Requisitos Mentales y Físicos

• Requiere conocimientos, habilidades y destrezas mentales equivalentes a la finalización de 2 años de escuela secundaria.
• La experiencia previa en la limpieza es útil pero no necesaria.
• Requiere la capacidad de caminar y estar de pie durante todo el turno de trabajo.
• Requiere capacidad para empujar, pasar la aspiradora, alcanzar, estirarse, y agacharse en las actividades diarias de trabajo.
• Requiere la capacidad de levantar 25 – 35 libras de forma intermitente durante la jornada laboral.
• Reporta a la Ejecutiva de Limpieza / Subgerente General.
• Mantiene y promueve una relación de trabajo positiva y cooperativa con todos los departamentos del hotel.

Compensation Competitive starting hourly pay Quarterly bonuses up to $3200/year based on hotel results.

Requirements No previous cleaning experience required. Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.
