Job summary

Century Park Associates in Colorado Springs is seeking a Housekeeper/Laundry Aide (AS NEEDED) to support call offs and vacations. Starting wage is $16.00/hour with typical hours 8am–4:30pm. Holiday work pays double; free meals when you work.

Potential for additional Dining Server hours if interested. Flexible scheduling and convenient bus routes are noted. Responsibilities include cleaning, laundry, and maintaining common areas to high standards, reporting needs to supervision, and ensuring

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned areas in prescribed time with proper cleaning products: occupied and vacant units, patios, decks, common areas, offices, lobbies, elevators, lounges, public restrooms, laundry room, dining areas, etc.
• Vacuums, dusts, sweeps, mops, scrubs, windows/glass, high and low levels, sanitizes, polish/conditioning wood, etc.
• Stocks cleaning carts appropriately and notifies supervisor of low supplies
• Properly stores equipment, tools and supplies
• Advises supervisors of bulb replacement needs
• Reports any repairs, mechanical or equipment needs to supervisor
• Reports any resident concerns or complaints to supervisor

We are looking for a Housekeeper/Laundry Aide (AS NEEDED to cover call offs and vacations) that has open availability. Flexible schedule options. Possible additional hours in Dining as Server if interested. Starting at $16.00 per hour (depending on experience). Normal Housekeeping hours are 8am to 4:30pm. If you work a Holiday, you get double pay. We are on the main bus routes, if you use public transportation. When you work, you eat for free! We are certified as "A Great Place to Work".

Position Summary

The Housekeeper delivers services with a hospitality focus in accordance with all laws, regulations and Century Park standards. Reports to the Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
• Must perform efficiently and effectively with little to no supervision
• Maintains professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
• Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information
• Displays integrity and professionalism by adhering to Century Park’s Code of Ethics and completes all required compliance training
