Morningside Elite Management is seeking a Housekeeper to join our team in Collegeville, PA. The role involves cleaning resident apartments and common areas, with shifts from 8am to 4:30pm or flexible options.

The position reports to the Director of Plant Operations and offers a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities include preparing apartments for move-in, following safety guidelines for cleaning chemicals, and participating in annual cleaning schedules.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Performs general cleaning in apartments, hallways and common areas.
• Prepares apartments for move-in as assigned.
• Participates in annual cleaning schedules.
• Uses cleaning chemicals safely according to guidelines.
• Informs supervisor of resident issues or concerns.
• Keeps housekeeping carts and vacuums clean and in good order.
• Participates in energy awareness programs.
• Attends required training, in-service and staff meetings.
• Maintains a safe working environment and equipment.
• Maintains a positive demeanor toward residents, visitors and coworkers.
• Adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Housekeeper - Summary:

Housekeepers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness of resident’s apartments and common areas as assigned. This position reports to the Director of Plant Operations.

Housekeeper - Responsibilities:

Housekeeper - Requirements:

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
