Job summary

Cove Communities is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean and well-appointed rental units and community facilities. You will provide excellent customer service to guests and residents while cleaning rental units, bath houses, and public areas.

Evening and weekend shifts may be required based on department needs. You will report issues to the property management team promptly and support Cove Communities policies at all times.

Qualifications

• Provides excellent customer service to internal and external guests.
• Must be able to lift thirty pounds on a regular basis and withstand long periods on your feet.
• Evening and weekend work may be required based on the needs of the department.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning of all rental units, bath houses and public areas.
• Cleans public buildings including bathhouses: all fixtures, floors, walls.
• Empties trash containers in all public buildings including bathhouses.
• Ensures areas adjacent to bathhouse are free from litter.
• Reports issues to the property management team in a timely manner.
• Cleans rental units on check out days as assigned. (DEPENDS ON PROPERTY)
• Responsible for off-season cleaning of rental units as assigned.
• Supports and follows Cove Communities policies at all times.
• All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must be able to lift thirty pounds on a regular basis and withstand long periods on your feet.
• Must be able to complete work assignments with minimal supervision and possess strong organizational skills.
• Evening and weekend work may be required based on the needs of the department.
