Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel – 355 Chesterfield Center East, Chesterfield, Missouri 63017, is hiring full-time and part-time housekeepers to join our on-site team.

You will perform housekeeping tasks to keep guest rooms clean and welcoming, assist guests with amenities, and help maintain public spaces with a positive Service+1 attitude.

Qualifications

• No prior housekeeping experience required.
• Must be able to walk, stand, push, vacuum, reach, stretch, bend, and lift 25–35 pounds intermittently.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Positive attitude and dedication to excellent customer service.
• Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays as needed.
• Completion of 2 years of high school as equivalent

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and teammates.
• Guarantee exceptional and positive experiences for guests and team members.
• Perform housekeeping services to keep rooms clean per established standards.
• Visually inspect rooms to identify needed maintenance items.
• Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request.
• Deliver friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude, responding quickly and efficiently to requests, inquiries, and complaints.
• Support laundry or clean public spaces as needed.
• Occupy a 7‑day week schedule with the busiest days being weekends; Saturday and Sunday work may be required.
• Maintain a positive work environment for all team members and guests.

What you will do

Compensation

• Competitive starting hourly pay.
• Quarterly bonuses up to $3,200 per year based on hotel results.
