Reflections Retirement Community in Champaign is seeking a dedicated team member for full-time care and supportive living responsibilities. You will help maintain resident apartments, ensure safety, and contribute to a warm, dignified environment aligned with our values of love and compassion.

The role emphasizes compassionate engagement with residents, ongoing learning through seminars and staff meetings, and a commitment to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent preferred.
• Prior Assisted/Supportive Living experience preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve withlove,compassion, anddignity.

Salary Range: $16.00 - $16.00 Hourly

Job Shift: 1st shift
