Saint Therese at Oxbow Lake in Minnesota seeks a dependable Full-Time Housekeeper to keep resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas clean, safe, and inviting while supporting exceptional resident experiences.

Job description

Full Time | Environmental Services / Housekeeping

Shift: 9:00am - 5:30pm | 80 hours per two-week pay period

Schedule: Monday through Friday; includes a rotation every 6th weekend

Pay Range: $17.04 -$23.13 per hour (based on experience)

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, environmental services, or hospitality experience
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting daily cleaning schedules and deadlines
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete tasks independentlyStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact respectfully and professionally with residents and team members
• Basic understanding of housekeeping chemicals and safe cleaning practices
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to effectively perform job duties
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and pushing carts
• Reliable attendance and consistent professional work behavior

Preferred

• Experience working in healthcare, senior living, or similar environment
